Start using Insights
As a Microsoft Dynamics partner you can already today download the Insights application to receive continuous updates from Microsoft Dynamics. In addition, you can also get access to send, brand and distinguish your company towards your customers.
How to get back-end access
Proactively using the Insights tool as a channel to your customers requires back-end access. This access is offered as a hosted and managed solution, ready for you to use through a simple web-interface. Hot-fixes, traffic costs, authentication management, training, 2nd level support are all elements included in the fees.
